Instruction given in the following techniques: -

Blastocyst Injection: - Injection of cells into the blastocoel cavity of blastocysts.

Cytoplasmic Injection: - Injection of siRNA etc. into the cytoplasm of oocytes or zygotes.

Embryo Biopsy: - Removal of cells from the developing embryo for testing.

ICSI (by laser): - Intracytoplasmic sperm injection in the mouse.

ICSI (by Piezo): - Intracytoplasmic sperm injection in the mouse.

Nuclear Transfer (using a sharpened pipette): - To clone sheep, cattle, pigs etc.

Perivitalline Injection: - Injection of LentiVirus in to the periviatalline space of oocytes zygotes and embryos to produce transgenic animals.

Pronuclear Injection: - Injection of transgenic constructs into the pro-nucleus of zygotes to produce transgenic animals.

Zona free nuclear transfer: - Removal of the zona pellucida followed by enucleation using a flat enucleation pipette
